Just because, I decided to make a white cake. Because my dad doesn't like chocolate, I decided to dress up a two layered white cake with strawberries in between the layers and lime frosting. It was a perfect balance of sweet and acidity. Yum! It was almost like strawberry shortcake.
I hope I have a special occasion to make a cake for soon!
