Pomegranate Chocolate Cupcakes

Thanks to a dear reader of my food blog, I tried a unique cupcake flavor combination. She had the great idea to combine pomegranate and chocolate in a cupcake. I was unsure how to incorporate pomegranate into a cupcake until I found the pomegrante molasses at Savory Spice Shop

The final cupcake was a light vanilla cupcake batter, filled with chocolate ganache and topped with a pomegranate icing. 

The flavor was amazing.
