In observance if National "Pie" day, I decided to try my hand at a
"Lattice topped Apple Pie."
I suppose it turned out all right... It looks wonderful, now I just have to taste it.
Thanks to my mom for supplying the home-canned apple pie filling she made last summer, I just had to do the crust...
It doesn't get easier than that!!
