My first try at Spring Rolls

I decided to try spring rolls. They didn't all turn out great. Now that I know how to use the rice papers that they get wrapped in, they will be better. 

Sushi rice, slightly balanched carrot, sliced peppers and spinach with an assertive vinigarete made up these colorful rolls. 

Finishing dinner I made a yummy sorbet out of Cheeries and lime. It was a great finish to a delicate meal.
