A week or two ago, I decided to pull out a recipe that I had never actually gotten to try but had been sitting on my to do list for a while.
Cream Cheese Stuffed Herb burgers. They sounded delicious. They turned out wonderfully. The cream cheese herb patties that I made and put inside the burgers kept them nice and moist while they were cooking.
On the table along with the burgers are black bean brownies, seared buns, red peppers around guacamole and lettuce with fried onion ready to go on the buns.
I will definitely be making these burgers again soon!
